At Zahorí, each product is individually crafted once an order is confirmed. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at info@zahoriofficial.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Cancellation

  • Registered Email or Phone Number

After 24 Hours

• No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.

• This is because production begins immediately for made-to-order and handcrafted items.

• Orders in processing, production, or dispatched status cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If a cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Transaction fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted as per bank/payment partner policies.
