Payment & Order Policy

At Zahorí, every garment is handcrafted and made to order with meticulous detailing and premium-quality materials. To begin production, we require advance payment to secure materials and artisan time.


Payment Terms (60% Advance / 40% Before Dispatch)
  • 60% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

  • 40% remaining balance must be paid before the order is dispatched.

  • Orders will be processed only after the 60% advance is received.


Order Processing & Payment Rules
  • Production begins only after the advance amount is received.

  • Once the advance is paid and production has started:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled

    • No design or size changes will be accepted

  • The remaining 40% balance payment must be cleared once the order is complete and before shipping.

  • Delay in balance payment may result in a delayed delivery.

  • Zahorí reserves the right to hold or delay shipments until full payment is received.


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Online payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking)

  • Bank Transfer (details shared on request)

  • Payment links sent via official Zahorí channels

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for handcrafted or customized orders.


Proof of Payment

For bank transfers, customers must share the transaction screenshot or receipt for payment verification.


Fraud Prevention

Zahorí reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or involves incomplete or non-verifiable payment.
