Return & Exchange Policy

At Zahorí, each product is crafted with care and precision. We maintain high quality standards and ensure thorough quality checks before shipping. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Products (No Return or Exchange)
  • All Zahorí products are handcrafted and made to order, specially produced for each client.

  • Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on made-to-order or customized products under any circumstances.

  • Please ensure that measurements, colors, and customization details are reviewed carefully before placing your order.


2. Eligibility for Exchange (Ready-to-Wear Only)

Exchanges are applicable only for Ready-to-Wear products purchased from our website and only in the following cases:

✅ You received the wrong product
✅ You received the wrong size
✅ The product was damaged during transit

No other reasons will qualify for exchange.


3. Exchange Request Procedure

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@zahoriofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Subject: Exchange Request – Order #XXXXX

  3. Attach the following:

    • Clear product images

    • Unboxing video (compulsory as proof of damage/issue)

    • Order number and contact details

Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will arrange an exchange for the same product/size (subject to availability), OR

  • Issue store credit of equal value, valid for future purchases.


4. Product Condition for Exchange

To qualify for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • The product must not be altered, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

❌ Made-to-order products
❌ Customized or personalized orders
❌ Sale items or discounted products
❌ Accessories (if applicable)
❌ Products without proof via unboxing video


6. Shipping for Exchange
  • In case of an incorrect or damaged item received, Zahorí will arrange a reverse pickup or provide shipping support.

  • For size exchanges on Ready-to-Wear products, shipping charges may apply based on location.


7. Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
