1. Shipping Locations
- We ship within India (domestic) and to select international locations. 
- All orders are shipped through trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure safe delivery. 
2. Processing Time
- Since all products are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 7–12 working days for order processing before dispatch. 
- Order processing time may be extended during festive seasons, promotional events, or in case of high order volume. 
3. Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. 
- Any promotional offers providing free shipping will be mentioned on the Website or during checkout. 
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. 
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch. 
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. 
- These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in Zahorí’s product or shipping charges. 
- Zahorí is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. 
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 
- Zahorí will not be liable for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details. 
- In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply. 
8. Delivery Delays
- We make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, delays may occur due to: - Courier delays 
- Weather conditions 
- National holidays 
- Remote location delivery 
- Customs clearance (international orders) 
 
9. Order Not Received
If your order status shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@zahori.in with your order number. 
- We will help coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
