2. Processing Time
  • Since all products are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 7–12 working days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Order processing time may be extended during festive seasons, promotional events, or in case of high order volume.

5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
  • International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in Zahorí’s product or shipping charges.

  • Zahorí is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Zahorí will not be liable for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Delivery Delays
  • We make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • National holidays

    • Remote location delivery

    • Customs clearance (international orders)


9. Order Not Received

If your order status shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@zahori.in with your order number.

  • We will help coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
